Qualifications
Choose the level that fits your experience
You can start at the level that suits you. Your previous experience helps you choose — and if you have already gained Level 1 or Level 2, you can progress from there towards Level 3 and Level 4 where applicable.

Develop practical skills with workplace assessment and observation, linking theory to practice.

Functional Skills come first. Your Functional Skills assessment and diagnostics are part of making a start — they identify the level you are ready to begin at, so you are placed on the right qualification from day one.

How it works
Complete your qualification in four supported steps
Clear communication is key. We work together with you and your workplace so you can complete your qualification with confidence.

Induction & targets
We discuss your units, assessment criteria and guided learning hours, set clear targets, and liaise with your workplace managers and mentors to keep routines running smoothly.

Individualised learning
Sessions are tailored to your learning needs and style, with resources in a format that suits you. Volunteering can help you gain experience if you are not already in a setting.
- 3
Assessment & observation
From your second month you carry out assessments and observations towards your portfolio. For Levels 2 and 3, workplace observations take place — the first after a couple of months, the second midway.
- 4
Feedback & performance review
Feedback is given in writing and in your one-to-one sessions, through Q&A or professional discussion. A final performance review with your teacher or manager confirms your competency.
